In Southeastern Europe, Magnetic Resonance Imaging is underused both in the clinical and in the academic setting. The goal of this seminar is to bring to Ohrid researchers, radiologists and medical physicists from the region, and to acquaint them with the range of available MR applications. While a large portion of the seminar will be dedicated to MR fundamentals, great attention will be paid to the future of MRI and its applications in cutting edge interdisciplinary research.

ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE 14.5 CME CREDITS!

The seminar is supported by the International Society for Magnetic Resonance and Medicine (ISMRM) through its Global Outreach Program. The ISMRM speakers will give approximately 20 presentations about various aspects of MRI, and the program will be complemented by a poster session where MR professionals from the region can present their work. All abstracts will be published in the bulletin Prilozi of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
